Description: Crafted from a careful curation of vineyard parcels, this cuvée undergoes a unique process. The grape musts are chilled to a frosty 0°C and allowed to rest for a duration of 12 days. Following this meticulous maceration phase, fermentation takes place at temperatures ranging from 13°C to 14°C, resulting in the creation of a wine brimming with aromatic richness. The bouquet offers an array of exotic fruits and citrus notes, while the palate achieves a harmonious equilibrium, sustaining the lingering aromatic essence.
