According to the region where the grape variety is grown, the flavors could be very different (to know more about wines of Bordeaux)

Merlot: It is characteristically supple and round, adding plenty of color and the aroma of fleshy red fruits like plum, fig, and often roasted notes after a few years of aging. Its secret: cool, moist soil is where it is best able to express its full potential.

Cabernet Franc:  It is medium-colored, adding freshness and aromatic complexity with raspberry and violet notes. Its secret is small berries that produce wines high in polyphenols, with esteemed aging capacity and finesse

The castle is called "La Tuilerie des Combes" : Count Henri le Grelle and his son Vincent, ensure that grape variety stringently obeys Saint-Emilion norms: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Francs for a fine balance in ageing wines.

Our French wine Lussac Saint Emilion tastes as blackberry and stewed kirsch with hints of warming brown spice. On top, you will find plump texture with a chew to the tannins.
