Being a father in vineyards : what does it mean?

Being a father in vineyards : what does it mean?

A winegrower Dad hopes that his children will be interested enough to carry on his activities, will succeed in growing the domain and will produce fine wine. Ultimately, it is a matter of pride.

Let's talk about Sarrabelle Domain: Fabien and Laurent, brothers, are the 8th generation of winegrowers on the family estate. As children, they played in the cellars with their friends, then they help in the vineyards (harvesting grapes, cutting vine shoots). Their father showed them his know how to produce French fine wine. They improved it but they have always respected tradition (they use amphoras not for transportation as it was BC, but in softing tannins and in giving complexity to their wine collection)

Check out the brothers' wine available in our wine shop in Singapore: Syrah, Saint Andre (Braucol)Chardonnay, Ingenium (Mauzac), Insolo (dry Muscat) sparkling (Mauzac)
