Domaine des Diables

The story begins in 1979 with Virginie’s father’s creation of a vineyard in the scree, at the foot of Cézanne’s Mont Sainte-Victoire, in Puyloubier. In June 2005, the young generation , joined Virginie’s father on his estate and straight away began to implement what they had been taught while adding their own personal touch.

Cave de Rousset Winery

It is located to the east of the city of Aix-en-Provence, on the southern flank of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire.

Cave de Rousset Winery

The Sainte Victoire vineyard has very specific geo-climatic characteristics: it is planted on poor, well-drained soils, very suitable for growing vines, which are made up of limestone and clayey sandstone. This unique terroir, where vines have been cultivated since Antiquity, exerts a profound influence on the wines produced there. The members are spread over two departments.

Le Château Henri Bonnaud

Stéphane SPITZGLOUS represents the third generation of his family who was born on the estate. Brought up by his grandfather, he used to spend entire days with him on the tractor. In 1996, Henri Bonnaud finally agreed to let his grand-son take the Estate. Stéphane produced his first vintage in 2004. In tribute to his grandfather, who died in 2001, he decided to name it « Château Henri Bonnaud ».
