After three years in conversion, 2019 is the year of Organic Agriculture certification! The vines are treated rigorously and respectful of nature.

"Into the Wild" (or in French "En pleine Nature") is blended of the main red grape varieties of the domain, the most gourmet with a dominant Mourvèdre which perfectly reflects the identity of the different plots of the Domain.
TASTING : profile with lots of bursts of blackberry, blueberry and black pepper. Soft but rich palate. Very harmonious vintage.

VINIFICATION : wine produced exclusively from the fermentation of grapes with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered wine. Vinified in vats in the traditional way except for the Carignan which is vinified by carbonic maceration to express the fruit of this grape variety as much as possible.
