Once upon a time....Syrah

This week end we tasted one of new comer: Cotes du Rhone Saint Joseph.

At first glance, we expected to find a good wine. But this Saint Joseph turned out to be more than a good wine: a caress. With an intense robe, soft as velvet, its red fruit flavors transported us. A good length in the mouth that accompanied our sumptuous coq au vin!
